1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "piso99" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to piso99.org, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for the online gaming platform accessible at https://piso99.org.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the piso99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on piso99.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their piso99 account wallet.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to non-cash promotional credits awarded by piso99 subject to wagering requirements.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing piso99.org, registering an account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the piso99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the piso99 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of piso99 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online gaming is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or automated systems may not register accounts.
3. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by piso99 or any PAGCOR-affiliated exclusion programme.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

piso99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information regarding age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral under applicable Philippine law.

4.Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on piso99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at piso99's discretion, with any winnings generated from duplicate accounts voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, registered Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not share your piso99 login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify piso99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• piso99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

piso99 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation before withdrawals are processed or account limits increased.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on piso99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating institution.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during normal operating hours (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Standard Time).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• piso99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or fraud review.
• piso99 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any deposits that cannot be matched to a verified player account will be refunded after investigation.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

piso99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• piso99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players suspected of abusing bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors – will have bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

7.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on piso99 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to the rules established by each provider. piso99 acts as an intermediary between the Player and the game provider and is not responsible for the underlying game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer operations.

piso99 does not guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect game availability. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wagers refunded.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• All bet limits, published RTPs, and game rules are as stated in the individual game interface.
• Results displayed after a technical error are not valid and do not create any entitlement to payouts.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the piso99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using any account other than your own.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unintended winnings.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using piso99 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the piso99 platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward piso99 staff or other players.

9.Responsible Gaming

piso99 is committed to responsible gaming and player protection. The platform enforces the following safeguards in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines and best practice standards for the Philippine market:

• 21+ Age Requirement: No person under 21 years of age may register or use piso99.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the piso99 platform – including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and visual design – is the intellectual property of piso99 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of piso99 content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, piso99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

piso99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

piso99 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Players are encouraged to first contact piso99 customer support to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal remedies. piso99 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

13.Amendments to These Terms

piso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, piso99 will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice upon next login. The effective date of any revised Terms will be published at the top of this page.

Continued use of the piso99 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
